Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is up front, and honest, we are not about being the cheapest, but making sure we have the highest quality work and the job gets done correctly. We stand behind all of our work and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. We also offer seasonal discounts to save you money while getting the most value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process includes a call to our office, where Heather will set you up in our system for an appointment with one of our techs. After that you will receive a call and text from the technician on the way with an ETA, when we arrive our tech will be polite, clean up after themselves, perform the service requested and be on our way!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We carry an HVAC license as well as our techs are NATE and EPA certified, and perform ongoing training at our office and distributor to make sure we are up to date with all new technology and our skills are top notch.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I am a Florida licensed AC contractor with over 10 years in the HVAC industry, from parts and supplies to service in the field. I grew up in the industry with my father, who worked with carrier enterprise for 20+ years. Growing up in the trade, I became familiar with HVAC equipment and service early on working at carrier enterprise. My passion and dedication to the trade created a vision of a company combining expertise, education, and customer service for the best overall experience. Specializing in diagnostics, service and installation applications, my experience in the field as a technician is what helps me best manage and relate to the team in real world scenarios

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
After servicing over 2000+ customers I feel we have run into just about every type!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently did a large HVAC duct system at a customers house in which we removed their entire duct system that was covered in growth and bacteria, replaced it with new properly sealed ductwork and installed an air purifier. I received a call regarding health improvements as well as a massively lower electric bill. Project took two days to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they are Licensed and have well trained techs that can properly handle HVAC issues. Not all tech are created equal and having knowledgeable techs can save you tons of money down the road from improperly installed/repaired equipment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I would think about the time you plan on staying in a home, HVAC repairs can be costly and decisions can be determined on what your plans are in the future.
