What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
The advice I would give someone looking for a service provider in my field is to watch out for the sales guy. If there trying to sell you and a/c like your buying a car then avoid that company . Watch out for the big franchise company's as well . they don't know who you are and they have hi turn over so often you end up with an inexperienced technician

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Ask if the person on the phone is the person performing the repair, also see that you have direct contact with your technician doing the job threw the whole job . Often a/c problems can be quite extensive and take time to manifest other problems or parts are not always readily available, so information can be lost from tech to tech in big company's .Along with the people taking the calls don't have a clue who you are
