What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer 10% military discount. All prices are based on national average and negotiable to a certain extent. All estimates are $150 and $200 outside 30 mile radius. All estimate fees will be applied to the total of job costs if awarded job. $150 minimum charge on all services, $200 minimum charge on all service performed outside 30 miles. Emergency and weekend hours service charge is $250. All jobs totalling +$1000 will be paid as follows unless job can be completed in one day. Half of money's to be paid before work begins, one quarter due three quarter to completion, money's to be paid three quarter to finish and last payment due after punch list.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1st-To connect via phone or text 2nd- Schedule appointment for discussion and determine scope of work. 3rd- Submit estimate. 4th- Sign contract with specific scope of work 5th- Schedule start date to perform scope of work. Stay in contact with customer with updates and progress photos

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My first construction job was at the age of 15 and worked for Presley's Roofing. Commercial job and we removed and replaced the roof atop Murphy High School's cafeteria.

I've worked for all types of customer's residential, commercial and industrial

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I hand made all of my gifts for friends and family for Christmas 2022. Cutting boards made from butcher block.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would ask to look at their previous work i.e. pictures or portfolio, check their reviews, that they are local and make sure they've passed a background check.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Many times there are unseen issues that have to be resolved before the original repairs can begin. Always make sure you have enough money budgeted to cover add on expenses.
