What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I price my jobs by the hr , but I do try to include perks and materials where I can . Such as but not limited to batteries for devices. Caulkings , silicone, sealants . Even certain plumbing related parts .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Well first a greeting then right to the customers needs . Now I try to help the customer as much as possible even going to buy the materials needed if the customer has limited time or ability. I work hard not to overcharge and be realistic. I’m very flexible with my time and days . I want to customer to feel they got their moneys worth with me .

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I very much enjoy doing handyman work and helping people. I’ve been in construction and maintenance for a long time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of customers, owners and businesses homeowners single mom, single dad’s parents are trying to be polite, courteous, and get in and out as fast as possible .

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Repair a microwave and it was a lot of money. I was able to repair it all fixed up without great cost to the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for the hourly and the reviews this speaks volumes.
