Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
One thing that sets us apart is our competitive pricing. While we may not be the cheapest company in the area, we’re also not the most expensive. We believe in providing fair pricing without compromising the quality of our work or the products we use.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My first step is understanding your immediate need, whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or installation and determining if I can accommodate that. I’ll also ask about your location and availability to ensure scheduling works for both of us. To prepare effectively, I would also ask for photos of your AC unit and location ( roof, garage, closet, etc ) so I can assess the situation beforehand and ensure I bring the right tools, parts, or equipment. This helps me provide a more efficient and tailored service when I arrive. From the first call to the completion of the job, I’m committed to clear communication, prompt service, and exceeding your expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I hold a state Hvac license, which demonstrates my expertise and qualifications to handle a wide range of Hvac services safely and professionally. Additionally, I periodically take courses to stay up to date with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in the Hvac field. This ongoing education ensures that I’m always equipped to provide my customers with the best solutions and the most reliable service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My journey in the Hvac industry started during my high school summers, helping my uncle with his AC business in South Florida. Those early experiences sparked my interest in the trade, and at 24, I decided to work for him full time to deepen my knowledge and skills. Over time, my passion and dedication grew, and now I proudly own my own HVAC business, providing top notch services to my customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I’ve worked with a wide variety of customers and homes, ranging from first-time homeowners and house flippers to luxury properties, including $30 million mansions along A1A. No matter the size or value of the property, I bring the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail to every project.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One recent project I’m particularly proud of was replacing a 7.5-ton split system unit for a residential apartment building in Highland Beach. The installation process went smoother than expected, which is rare for commercial jobs where unexpected challenges can arise. The job was completed efficiently, and both the building management and tenants were extremely happy with the outcome. It was a great example of teamwork and preparation paying off!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Honesty is key when hiring an Hvac provider. Don’t always go for the lowest bid, there’s often a reason it’s cheaper, and I’ve had to fix mistakes from “cheaper” jobs more times than I can count. I believe in being 100% transparent with my customers. If you have a quote, I’ll ask to see it and let you know if I can beat it or if it’s a great deal you should take with another company. I’ve done this plenty of times, and customers are often surprised by my honesty. At the end of the day, I’m not afraid to lose a job if it’s in your best interest. I know I can’t win them all, and I’m okay with that because my goal is to always do what’s right for my customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
A few important questions to consider before reaching out to a professional: How long do you plan on living in the home? If you’re planning to stay for several years, investing in a high quality, long lasting unit is worth it. If you’re planning to move soon, a basic, budget-friendly unit might be a better option. Is your current unit the right size? Sometimes, customers don’t realize they may need a larger or smaller system based on changes to their home or lifestyle. Do you have allergies? If you suffer from allergies, it’s worth considering adding a UV light kit or an upgraded filtration system to improve indoor air quality. Thinking through these questions can help ensure that we select the best solution for your needs and budget.
