Stay on task till it’s done Communicate progress with clients well. Projects capable of kitchen and bathroom remodels Light framing Electrical installs: lighting, ceiling fans ,switches, EV car chargers, garage door opener’s etc Plumbing: Drains cleared bathrooms re-piped sink and vanity installs shower repairs, Water heater replacement Flooring, baseboards , tile Shelving, Clithes and kitchen walk ins, closet builds. Wall construction, Picture hanging , curtains rod installation INSURED RATES: General handwork….95 per hour two hr. Minimum materials additional non electric non plumbing Travel distance over 30 mile gas stipend may apply. Deposit may also be requested to lock in dates for new clients. over 8 hrs see discounts below Plumbing and electric 125 an hour no minimum time. Up to 8 hrs over 8 hrs see discounts below - Materials not included Day rate basic general work 750 a day Or over 8 hrs materials not included Day rate for electrical/plumbing 950 For projects 8 hrs, And over materials not included Blended projects that have general and either or both electrical and plumbing work would be 850 a day.
