All pricing is included, transparent and there are never any hidden fees. At times, manufacturers have discounts/promotions we receive and pass it along to our customers. Pricing is always transparent along with the payment schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial call or text and scheduling an appointment. Visit their property. Understand their true needs, wants and make suggestions. Get the measurements & take pictures. Schedule a visit to our office/showroom, go over the detailed estimate and see the materials in person. Make any adjustments if necessary. Go over proper expectations and timelines. Go over the agreement, making sure everything makes sense. Sign paperwork and get the project started.

Apart from home owners, we work with business owners. Such as property managers, contractors and builders.

Homeowner contacted us and we visited them same day. Helped them with the process of selecting the best shades for their new construction home that came with no window coverings. 1 week later they had their new shades installed, providing them the privacy and a sleek look to their new home!
