All pricing is included, transparent and there are never any hidden fees. At times, manufacturers have discounts/promotions we receive and pass it along to our customers. Pricing is always transparent along with the payment schedule.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial call or text and scheduling an appointment. Visit their property. Understand their true needs, wants and make suggestions. Get the measurements & take pictures. Schedule a visit to our office/showroom, go over the detailed estimate and see the materials in person. Make any adjustments if necessary. Go over proper expectations and timelines. Go over the agreement, making sure everything makes sense. Sign paperwork and get the project started.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners ranging from lower income to higher income. For lower income, we have special programs available including non credit based financing, and government grants when they are available. Apart from home owners, we work with business owners. Such as property managers, contractors and builders.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Homeowner contacted us and we visited them same day. Helped them with the process of selecting the best shades for their new construction home that came with no window coverings. 1 week later they had their new shades installed, providing them the privacy and a sleek look to their new home!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Pay attention on how they attend to you and if they are punctual with everything they say and do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they 100% ready to do their project and any questions they may have. Do they have a budget in mind. Are all property owners & decision makers included in the idea and involved in the process.
