What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try & determine the best system for each & every customer…I know that people are going to be working with different financial means…so that is definitely something I try & find the best fit…I will add that we do offer financing I know it’s hard for everybody to just come up w/5k to 10k

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I generally like to come out & meet w/the customer that way I can really find out what there specific needs are …every se-up is just a little different so that’s why it’s important to get my eyes on it

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Obviously I’m a licensed Fl contractor w EPA certification…also do a lot of online continuing education

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I graduated from high school I decided to get in the trade & here I am 34 yrs later & never looked back

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with every type of person imaginable being in this business for 34yrs …it’s been a journey to say the least but I wouldn’t trade it for anything I enjoy what I do & look forward to meeting my next customer

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently moved just completed a 10000sq ft commercial project that we completed in about 6 months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful & make sure that they are licensed & insured…most of the time the saying you get what you pay for is very true

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would suggest learning a little bit more about the various systems available out there on the market ..2day there is definitely a big price difference in say just your standard system to the likes of an inverter system…this will definitely help the customer when it comes time to decide on a new system
