What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

(Para español, por favor solo texto) Our charge is transparent and FLAT RATE for disgnostic visit. It cost $69 residential, additional appliance $39 and... $139 commercial. ✅we NO LONGER WAIVED the diagnostic fee due to some people having a hard time understanding the term (ex: only credited if you actually paid something ; if you dont agree to do final repair then pay service fee. This is standard to most services). Regarding the price of parts, we cant give discount on it because we also buy full price from manufacturers*⚠️. Final repair pricing will depend on the part ,difficulties and how long to install it. We have waranty of our work for couple of months because we know how important trust is. inquire with us about the "payment instalment" as well. We always try to make our customer happy😊 Just please make sure you are serious to hire us if you contact us because each of leads here is paid upfront by us. ** PLEASE dont try to fix the appliance by using youtube (youtuber are not licensed and no guarantee they can fix your issue). Sorry.. ‼️but NO we wont give quote based on your guess of what you think is wrong.‼️ we have customers giving us wrong parts to orders and therefore we will send out our tech to check ourselves. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Book us through the app, before the technician depart, you will get text message to remind you. Our talented technician will come to visit you and do through check up and take a picture of the part needed for replacement. If we have the part, we can offer same day service with additional charge and if we need to order, we will come back between 3-5 days and set another appointment with you. We will let you know the price before booking so no surprise bills!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We go through all necessary training. Our talented technician is very skillfull in all brands appliance for residential and also commercial.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our LLC is in operated since 2023 but the technician works for about 15 years before joining with us.

All type.. personal, stores, school, hotels, restaurants, laundromat, landlord, bussinessman, veterans, etc

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all our project the same 😊. It can take 40-180 hour for the most complicated one for commercial(such a Tub / transmission/ sealed system) . We doesnt take walk in fridge/ac and small appliance
