What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing ------------------------ $75 - diagnosis fee. After diagnostics (1-20 minutes) an estimate for the repair is made. Diagnosis fee charge waived completely with repair work order.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A new customer should create new work order and then he needs to send me the contact information. At the agreed time I'll come to check the unit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I finished training school. I have 4 certificates and 3 years practice.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have a technical education. One day I had the opportunity to get training and start working in this industry.

Oven where the transformer, control board and thermostat burned out to a power surge. But it has been fixed.
