Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have a flat rate that includes parts in most of the times, for example if it is a small part that needs to be replaced such as capacitors, relays, HSI, flame sensors, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
customers normally call me and tell me their issues, I ask them questions to better understand their situation and for me to have a better idea of what I might be dealing with, then I provide an expectation of what the time frame might be for me to fix that issue and how much it might cost.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

because of COVID, I used to be a check casher at a local store but when Covid hit, I lost hours so I decided to study and prepare myself for somthing else and that's how I started stuying and now working HVAC

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
all different kinds, quit ones, angry ones, customer on a budget, etc. But at the end what matters is to help them and make them feel that they shouldn't worry about their issues, once we are on site, we are gonna make sure to resolve them as soon as possible and within your expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask questions, ask as many as you want and make sure you clearly understand what type and how the work is getting done before you say yes
