What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Estimates are free depending on the location of your equipment. We’ll apply half our trip charge to any repair.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We give a 20% discount for New Customers!

My father showed me and my brother! We are expanding.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This would have to be our featured project job in Fort Collins, where we put a furnace and air conditioner in a mechanic shop. He wanted two separate thermostats, and to be able to have dampers in certain areas of the shop. One of the larger shops had one damper one of the small shops had another damper he was able to select which area he wanted to heat and cool the dampers would shut so only that area would have heating and cooling. Very nice install.
