What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is lower than what most of the other companies charge. We price shop others, to make sure that we're giving an honest price, without losing the quality work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are continuously taking courses on the latest technology and safety. The hvac industry is always changing and requires the techs to have vast knowledge of all of it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers. Some want the very basic and simple systems and others want the best, most efficient units avail. At the end of the day, in this "throw away" world, we try to repair a unit before replacing, but we do have options when a replacement unit is required.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We worked with a customer that wanted to have as close to zero energy costs as possible, utilizing his solar. We went thru the engineering specs of the units, and all options avail. He opted to use the Bosch 20 SEER heat pump with a backup heat 80% furnace. He was absolutely thrilled with the results, especially the fact that he can barely tell that the heatpump is on, while standing next to it.
