What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to listen to the customer request and explain the process. We like to educate our customers how your HVAC system works, and the importance of getting it checked out twice a year for your air conditioning and heating

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of out team members are highly skilled at there craft. They have on job training and customer service

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I stated doing HVAC when I was around 20 yrs old. My friend got me into the industries and fell in love with it. I enjoy working on HVAC and talking to customers and explaining how the system of operation works.

What types of customers have you worked with?

senior communities, property management, rental properties, residential, commercial, condos, apartment's, we worked with the city mayor, doctors, law enforcement building, fire fighter station

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

jobs usually take about 1 day to complete but for bigger project they vary depending on size. We done all types of projects

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

trustworthy, honest, care about the customers needs, & have great reviews!

I would ask do you offer any discounts for new customers, seniors, military. Do you offer financing and explain the process of the work being performed
