I fell into the trade starting out as a delivery driver 20 years ago. Since then I have been apart of every aspect of the residential and light commercial of the heat and air buissness. Installing new systems in new construction and existing retro fit, service and sales. I opened Speedi Air with the idea of creating the kind of company clients love to do business with. Your time is valuable. Your service provider should be punctual. Ask as many questions as you want so you feel comfortable with the technician(s). Someone who takes pride in thier work will have a clean vehicle and be well groomed. If they take pride in thier work they will also take care of your home. Details are important in mechanical work. Make sure you have a clear and concise agreement on work to be done.

Do you have a trade license? Do you carry liability insurance?What assurances in writing do you offer covering the work done? Do you have a price guarantee? Do you offer various ways of payment? How do you determine what repair needs to be done? Brand is less important then how the equipment is installed.
