Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Not all homes are created equal, so its tough to standardize installation pricing. We do offer upfront no gimmick system replacement pricing based on capacity and size of home. Other items such as add on enhancements like ducting, electrical, drain systems, service & repair are all determined on a home to home basis. We are very competitive as a smaller company and will provide price matching when it comes to earning your business.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We first set up a free in home evaluation to perform a complete survey on the existing system design and discuss all options and solutions. We then provide a complete detailed analysis's of new equipment performance and what to expect after the project is complete. We ensure that the home through proper design will be more efficient, comfortable, and will deliver above standard indoor air quality. Most of our work is same day completion and we provide our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days or their money back.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I studied Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University and have worked with Trane & Carrier Corp as a Sales Engineer. With my extensive background, I ensure all my work to have one thing in common when completed. The home will experience proper air flow per wright soft duct design and will at least become 35% more efficient as a direct result of proper calculated system matching. In the end, we strive to bring an educated process to every project and will only be satisfied with 100% accuracy of enhanced air flow within every home.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Started in a family owned and operated business back in 1988. I learned all aspects of residential system repair, installation, & most importantly how to run a family business built on ethics and compassion for its customers and employees.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have and currently work with homeowners, commercial building maintenance managers, general contractors, & a few high profile celebrities. Our entire field staff have undergone national background checks to ensure confidence in working in your home. We operate with courtesy to all of whom we do business with and in the end we pride ourselves with impeccable customer service that every homeowner will notice from the moment we arrive at your door.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We've recently completed a multi system custom home in Stevenson Ranch CA. The home required 4 new Trane Variable Speed Communicating systems that tied into Nexia full home automation software. Each system was designed with multi zoning per unit to allow independent environmental control amongst the individual rooms within each zone. The project took 1.5 weeks and has proven to deliver above and beyond expectations to date. We are very proud to be Santa Clarita's local Trane TCS dealer that provides high quality HVAC products to our community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would first say every customer needs to consider the brand and or product they are dealing with. Of course the important component is the installation and system design however so many lose sight of the fact that longevity is also dependent on the product and where its made. We offer all American made equipment to ensure our installations are worry free for years to come.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
There are many factors to consider when upgrading a central HVAC system. Homeowners should primarily consider the company they are working with. Does the company provide an educated approach to system design and not just a sales experience. Next its very important to consider the brand of product that best fits the budget. So many people are mislead with all brands are created equal. Sure the installation is key, however efficiency, longevity, quietness, effectiveness are all brand related. Its imperative to be sure your getting the right product for the project. Is the professional certified with either national or manufacturer training programs. When it comes to fine tuning a system, it takes more than just installing new equipment in your home. Proper air-flow, combustion analysis, heat transfer, & super heat & sub cooling charge methods are vital to the end result of your investment. This type of approach requires schooling and be sure your professional has the proper background to protect your investment.
