What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Diagnostic fee AKA house call fee is $90. As there are many different repairs, we prefer not to discuss exact pricing until we know what exactly we need to do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule an appointment for tech to diagnose. Tech explains to the customer what is broken and how much it will be to perform repair. The Customer accepts. Tech performs repair and the customer pays.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

California Appliance Repair License, EPA certification, Training certificates.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our owner was a part of the family appliance repair business and at 1 point he opened his company. It was easy with Master's degree in engineering.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with wide majority of customers from different sources including customers who have manufacturer`s warranty, extended warranty, home warranty, out-of-warranty customers and also various commercial, municipal and government organizations.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of each our repair. There is no repair that is too small or too big for us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Good repair tech, that you can trust, is difficult to find. If you found a tech that does a good job- save company number and use him for years :)
