Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We provide fair pricing and more cost effective solutions more often than the average roofing companies that try to sell you entire new roofs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We go out and give a free estimate. Once you decide to go with us, we schedule the work, and complete it with pride. There is no payment due until the work is complete and the site is cleaned in broom swept condition.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
10+ years in this field, with the credentials to go with it.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We started working for a company very similar to ours, and ventured out on our own after we gained ample experience in this field.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with all levels of income, all walks of life, and we welcome anyone who deisres to improve their home in partnership with or without us.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently we were able to help a customer who were told they needed a new roof. It turns out they didn't need a new roof, just some repairs and a rejuvenation treatement, saving the customers over $10k+!!!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Get multiple bids (Usually 3 is enough.) Don't sign anything until you're sure about your decision, and don't give any money up front until you've read up on the laws regarding construction work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long will the process take? When will the work be completed? What happens if the project takes longer than expected? Can you refer me to a past client?
