What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Diagnostic fee: $75 per each system diagnosis (HVAC system or each appliance). *Stacked dryer - $120 for the diagnosis. The diagnostic fee is waived if hired for the repair. 15% off labor for regular customers. Customers who hire us more than one time for repairs or installations, receive this discount (not after diagnostic services).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To schedule an appointment with a new customer we ask for the customer's service address, email, phone number, and full name. After a diagnostic of a system or a free estimation service, we provide customers with our estimates (usually within the same day).
