How did you get started doing this type of work?

When your furnace stops in the winter, it's dangerous for your family. The risk of carbon monoxide poisoning--not to mention freezing nearly to death--makes furnace repair or replacement essential. In the summer, air conditioning that doesn't work makes the California summers almost unbearable. We are here to solve any issue

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our goal is to provide the best heating and air conditioning installation and repair service in Contra Costa County. Our small business has grown through word of mouth and happy customer referrals. We are professionals who are always strong to provide excellent service and take care of the customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are always finding solutions!!! After 13 years of living in our home, our heater went out on us. We had a friend recommend a company that came out. The guy just looked at it and told us it's probably a sensor and wanted to charge us $575 to fix it. We looked up the part on Amazon and it only cost $10. Now feeling completely violated we had to find someone else. Several companies couldn't come out till the following week or not at all. When I contacted Tom he was quick to respond and was very helpful with questions and concerns. He said he could come out the following day. When he arrived he was very professional with his mask, disposable booties, and all the tools he needed. He was very organized and informative. He did a complete diagnostic and figured out the problem and fixed it in a short period of time. We are extremely grateful to Tom and Cali HVAC and I highly recommend this business to anyone. Thank you once again Tom for your great service!!!

all the HVAC company perfect just make sure HVAC will provide a warranty on parts and labor
