Military and Senior Citizens discounts are available. Our pricing is extremely competitive and Fair. Way less expensive than these Big Box companies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Listening to their needs, addressing the issue I was called out for and helping them understand what they have in their home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned a diploma from one of the highest rated trade schools in California and continue with trainings held by each manufacturer.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A friend recommended I check out a trade school he was going to. I never heard of HVAC before. That was 12 years ago haha.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with the Friendly and the Frustrated haha. HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY and FIXING the problem always works.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Another company couldn’t figure out how to fix the unit and recommend replacing it. It took longer than usual but I was able to figure it out and repair the unit.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for licensed Contractors. It means they’ve put in the work and they have accountability.

Are they a Licensed Contractor? Do they have over 10 years of Experience? Does the Contractor Communicate with Full Transparency?
