Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We start our prices at $120 for most appliance installations (labor charge). Appliances connections such as water lines or electrical cords are not included but can be purchased at time of installation. Sometimes modifications are required when changing brand of appliances. We don't take short cuts so we will place an electrical junction box if needed for $20. Cuts and cabinets modifications are sometimes required and are additional fee of $40.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Call us and schedule your next installation. We give a two hour time frame for installation date. We perform your professional installation. We ask for a positive review on google as well as thumbtack.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
All technicians have 10 years experience in the appliance installations industry. My top installer has 20 years plus.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I stared performing appliance installations for Lowes Home Improvement as a third party contractor in California from 2010 to 2018. I performed all types of appliance installations.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types. The good, the bad and the ugly.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Always love full kitchens because I can see the before and after and it's always a joy to see customers happy not only with their new appliances but to know we installed them correctly with no second gueses. I sleep well at night because I know either myself or my lead tech do everything to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
You get what you pay for. I might charge a bit higher than my competition but it's for a solid reason. Experience and performance. No short cuts and safety comes first!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Anything that comes to mind from price to the time it will take to complete the task. Every customer is different and should feel free to ask anything they want without feeling embarrassed or uneducated. You are the KING or QUEEN... Ask whatever you want to know.
