What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

"No surprises" invoicing and estimates. I work from time to time with special pricing depending on the situation and project. Some examples are Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army service requests.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Schedule an appointment and collect as much information as possible to be able to diagnose the customers needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, we all are scheduled for fall classes from our main product distributor. Every year we take continued education classes and training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided for service work and air conditioning repair. The main reason is because it is in my blood and what I love to do.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers. I get really excited when the customers are very “down to earth “. Real people with a heart. This radiation of big hearted people is very cool.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Luke Air Force base service and maintenance. This job is a great experience and we all are happy to go back every year.
