We are family owned and operated and will provide personalized service to meet all of your comfort needs. We have over 20 years of experience in the Arizona market. We are factory trained to install and service Trane, Lennox, Day and Night, Bosch and Mitsubishi brands; from standard to the highest efficiency systems. We also are highly experienced installing and servicing all other brands of central HVAC systems along with mini split systems. We specialize in duct design and in providing our customers the highest level of comfort. Our number one goal is to leave you completely satisfied. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All pricing for new HVAC system installs includes full installation, including removal and disposal of old equipment. No hidden fees with Sharp Air.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we will give a rough estimate over the internet or the phone. As a company policy, we can not start a job without first having a Home Solutions Advisor or technician to the job site to give a firm quote and make sure we are not missing anything on the day of the job, if you choose to use our services. These visits are always complimentary.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 15 years experience in the field and our service technicians maintain continuing education classes on new equipment and refresher courses as well to make sure we provide our customers with the best possible HVAC experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Initially working at a local wholesaler, transitioning to service technician to finally opening my own company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with mostly residential customers, either retro fit work or new construction. We also work with General Contractors in light commercial applications as well as custom homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all jobs we complete, especially when we are able to satisfy everything our customers were looking for in an HVAC company!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would say to do your homework on the companies that provide you with quotes. Look for online reviews, ask for references. Along with making sure you are paying fair market value, you want to be sure that you can trust a company in your home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

We encourage our customers to do research on their own before making a large purchase such as a new system or costly repairs. If it is a new system, make sure you are comfortable with the brand of equipment being installed. If it is a repair, make sure you weigh the life expectancy of the old system you have vs. the cost of repairs. You dont want to be dumping money into a old system, when you could be using that money towards a newer more efficient HVAC system.
