It’s sad how many AC repair companies only try to sell new HVAC systems when your current equipment is perfectly fine. Even 15 to 20-year-old systems have plenty of life left in them if you care for them properly. We’ll replace your old system if that’s the best choice, but shouldn’t we at least try to fix the one you’ve got? Keep your hard-earned money in your pocket as long as you can, and hire someone who wants to fix your system right the first time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not charge a dispatch fee, we give up-front pricing before any work is done, we give 10% off everything to club members.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An actual technician is sent to their home to diagnose the system. The technician will then provide an array of options from repairs to full system replacement and ductwork in order to provide a service the customer needs at a price point that is affordable for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. All of our technicians are actual technicians that do not get paid commissions. They are real techs that are paid for their valuable knowledge and skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have been involved in real estate, construction, and the trades for decades. We saw the huge demand for air conditioning in Phoenix, AZ and we decided to enter the market.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential Homeowners, property managers, and landlords.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We serviced a mansion last week, in Scottsdale, AZ, that had 24 rooftop units. We completed several repairs as well as routine annual maintenance. We were able to complete the project in just one day with two technicians.We earned a 5 star review as well as several referrals.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you are speaking with an actual technician and not a commissioned salesperson in disguise. A technician should provide you with readings and a written diagnosis of your system. A technician should be able to fix the system you already have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

In general, homeowners should make sure that a contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured before they hire said contractor. Every contractor says they meet these requirements, but very few show proof.
