What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am an owner operator so I can give people very fair pricing and top quality

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once at their house we talk about what they’re looking for and what fits their needs. Then we agree an a quote. From there I order the unit and any supplies and set a schedule for the install. On the day of the install depending on the job we will be there for 3-8 hrs and have the job completed

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Nate certified and have epa certification. We also take classes specific to the manufactures.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Ive work with anyone from retired hobbyists who need a ductless ac in their garage to homes that the ac hasn’t worked in a week to remodels

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Once the quote was accepted and job was planned we set a day and replaced their ac unit in 4 hours and had them up and running.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone licensed, bonded and insured

Any major concerns like is the airflow adequate, are there any hot or cold areas in the home
