What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would like for our costumers to be informed before signing any contract. Make sure your roofing installer is certified and can explain clearly what is going on your roof. Most importantly, warranties! What happens if your contractor goes out of business? Are you still covered? New Exteriors highly advises customers to ensure contractors provide them with a long lasting warranty that doesn't die when the contractor disappears.
