What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We aim to keep our prices as affordable as possible, without sacrificing the highest quality in service and craftsmanship

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We love to come out and meet with you, hear your needs and hopes for the project and craft an estimate that fulfills those desires. Our visit, our recommendations and our estimate is completely free. After choosing us, we detail everything into a contract for the comfort of the customer and move forward with the project. If anything changes from the contract, we will provide pictures and assessments before any change orders are processed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have worked in the construction field for a combined 15 years and have years of problem solving. We are always looking for opportunities to learn and grow and stay current with the latest technology in our field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out as a house flipping company in 2017, which gave us experience in everything from decks, to painting, to roofing and more. We have since moved into working with customers directly, helping make their project hopes a reality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with everyone from homeowners to realtors to landlords. We strive to help with the needs of anyone, regardless of their situation.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our favorite recent projects was a project in Newberg. We were able to help a customer with a total remodel which included flooring, sheetrock repair, painting interior and exterior, window replacement, siding repair and a new roof. The project took a cumulative time of about 4 weeks and the homeowner was very excited to have a beautiful home top to bottom.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give is to find someone who actively listens to your needs and communicates well. Often times it's a simple miscommunication that results in frustration. Find a contractor you can communicate with in a free and easy manner and you'll find your hopes for your project becoming a reality.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you have a significant other, make sure all decision makers are on the same page with the project details before chatting with a professional. Once you have the details ready, chat with 2-4 professionals to get a good idea of who has a good blend of affordability, quality and great communication.
