What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have an introductory conversation to take your name, number, and address so we can offer you our free inspection services. We are not pushy at all and want to create a comfortable buying experience. Our staff are trained to be trusted advisors and always have your best interests at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF Master Elite Certified. Only the top 1% ofa all roofing contractors in the nation have this designation.
We are required to do in-house training, sell a specific amount of material, and alsow make sure we do our installations correctly and under budget. Safety is also a big factor in our jobs and we are always making sure both the homeowner and crews are safe.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We saw a HUGE GAP in the industry in that most companies are looking to create the biggest amount of profit possible. We are different, we want to create a great experience for both parties. In the end if we make 100% of our customers happy, the money will come to us. Keeping our customers happy is our top priority.

You name it, we have worked with them. We like to adapt to all types of situations as each project is a little different. Our best skill set is to listen.
