What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

With the exception of any hidden woodrot our pricing is pretty straight forward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would confirm a time and date that is best for you to meet with us to discuss your project. At the appointment we will ask questions to learn how to best suit your needs. We would then inspect your roof to make the appropriate recommendations and provide you with an estimate for the repairs or replacement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have attained years of experience through hard work and on the job training. Training, Education and Certifications through multiple manufacturers. State Certification.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

One of the first summer jobs I had as a roofing installer. Since then I have always enjoyed being in the Roofing and Construction Industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly homeowners. Some property managers and building owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a very large metal roof with a lot intricate detail. We were able to fix all of the leaks. The project took us about a week.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are Licensed and Insured.
