Fencing / exterior painting / plumbing / toilet installs /light electrical/ garbage disposals / sinks / faucets / outlets etc. Irrigation repairs / installation Backflow repairs / replacement Indoor / Outdoor plumbing  Foundation irrigation installs  Discounts on subsequent repair needs. Retention Program:  After one regular price service, any and all subsequent services from irrigation to handiwork, will drop to below market prices.  Example : $125 paid for a service, now next service is between $100 and $75. Respect the trades, respect the work. Use Craigslist or ask a friend to assist if your are unwilling to pay the most basic of entry level prices for tasks that many have taken years to master. I DO NOT WANT you as a client, so choose other options.
