What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make it very easy to work with Pilot Plumbing and Drain. First, we take your phone call/message and book you into our system. Second, we notify you when we're on the way, and third, upon arrival, we thoroughly evaluate your home's plumbing system to provide you with options from our findings. Fourth you select which option works best for you, and fifth we do the work to your satisfaction!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We do weekly safety, customer experience, and technical training. We're well-rounded to make sure your experience is amazing!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I happened upon the trade, loved every minute of it, and decided to start my own business in 2015 to serve my customer's needs.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mainly residential homeowners, but we also work with tenant/landlords, and with commercial projects.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We're fanatics about water conditioning and water purity. Often a complete home filtration system takes less than 4 hrs, and improves your home's water dramatically for up to 10 years, maintenance-free.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they don't just get to work, without doing a full analysis. Sometimes the cheapest repairs end up costing the most in the long wrong because the main root cause was not determined and solved. The saying of "buy once, cry once" may sound funny, but often times the permanent solutions are cheaper in the long run.

Timeline, budget, certain things they have really liked about working with past customers, what certain unwritten expectations do you have?
