At Clear Lake Plumbing we are a flat rate plumbing shop, we do not charge by the hour and have no hidden fees. We have upfront pricing base on the job. No drive time, No overtime or weekend charges.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Clear Lake Plumbing will come out and introduce ourselves and get to know our customers, we strive on being personable and making you feel comfortable with us in your home. We treat every call as a priority and treat every home as it is our own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was introduced to plumbing in 2010 originally as a laborer, got out of the industry for 7 years and was reintroduced to plumbing in the early part of 2017, started repiping homes and doing service work. Went through the Oregon plumbing apprenticeship for 4 years and have spent the last 8 years in Service/Remodel side of plumbing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for a licensed plumber, one that is knowledgeable and willing to tackle any plumbing need you may have. Also, the cheapest bid may not be the best bid.
