What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do offer a discount for Veterans, First Responders, & Senior Citizens. We like to have a sale/discount running regularly. Our $89 diagnostic/estimation fee will be waived if job gets booked/completed by us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For new customers, we get name, address, phone number, & good email. Then, we like to get to know them to see what their needs are to allow us to help them get their problem solved the best way for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Plumbing License, Certified in Septic Install, Multiple Licensed Plumbers & additional employees currently enrolled, Operating Union Experience, Several years of experience for great hands on knowledge with excellent customer service

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working with & selling software. I wanted to get away from that to start helping people and chose to do plumbing.

Contractors, Property Management Groups, Commercial Companies, Apartment Groups, Residential, & more

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In my project photos are a job where we installed a 1,250 gallon septic tank with a 1,250 gallon dose tank, and new absorption field. It took about 2 to 3 weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to look for a company that has licenses, certified, knowledge, experience, & are compassionate for your needs

Deciding what your budget is If you're paying all, need payment plan, or financing What all your needs are, as well as, the urgency of getting it fixed
