I have 25 years of construction and maintenance experience. From high end residential remodels to multiple commercial tenant improvement work. I am currently a Real estate house flipper, I was a building maintenance engineer for 8 years and a facility manger for 5 years I’ve managed 30 commercial buildings and apartment buildings. That’s 30 “old” SF buildings all with there own set of unique and changing problems! I am currently buying real estate and fixing up the houses and reselling them on the market I do maintenance and handyman work in the meantime in between time till my properties are sold or till I have to fix them myself. I’ve been in the trades since I was 13 years old from helping my uncle handing him tools to now working with my best friend run his construction business. I decided to venture into the handy business to help others I do such a great job helping family and friends I thought what the hey, I might as well put the skills to use! I also use to work for a nonprofit youth agency helping youth gain the skills to be successful in their life’s. I have a general nack for wanting to help! Hi my name is Daniel and I've been helping local families and businesses in the bay area for 5 years. I have the experience and the tools to tackle a variety of repairs and maintenance projects. My past experience includes working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, from minor repairs to complete replacement of garbage disposals and toilets. We also work on water valves, faucets, shower heads, bathroom fixtures, cartridge replacements, and caulking repairs of bathrooms and kitchens as well ! we do have a $25 canceling policy for any cancellations once selected as a company for service.
