His other half, Adele, uses her 15 years of experience in business operations to work magic behind the scenes in the FFC office. Starting his own carpentry business, where he can ensure the quality of work being produced for his customers, has been a dream of Vinny’s for years. He has a sincere passion for bringing his customers’ visions to life! Vinny has a team of capable carpenters working underneath him, ranging from experienced tradesmen to dedicated apprentices. Mentoring novice carpenters is another passion of Vinny’s - he takes pride in teaching new members of the trade to do things the right way!
