Hi my name is Ferhad, I’m the owner of Koja Contracting. We are a general contractor and builder that specialize in mid to high-end new construction, additions and renovations. I’m a third generation builder and also have a bachelors degree in construction management. With that it helps us be able to set us apart from the competition with our managing of the projects schedule, our clients expectations/goals, and the overall success of the project as a whole. I feel that my speciality is that when I take on a project I value my client's input and respect their expectations immensely. I feel that it doesn't take a large amount of money to create a living space. It takes creativity, resourcefulness and imagination. I have a comprehensive team of painters, contractors, movers, electricians, tiling/stonework and housecleaning during/after the project. I have cultivated my team through the years and each person on my team is the best that I have found, all vetted and insured, so that it’s one stop service for the project. What I love most about being a designer is having the opportunity to bring joy to my clients by creating beautiful, functional spaces that are livable and comfortable.
