We make our best effort to balance the affordability of our services with the best quality possible. We do have discounts on labor throughout the year, feel free to ask!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to have either a quick free video/phone introduction to discuss about your needs and for you to get to know us, or we also can do a no-cost visit to your place so we can further discuss your needs and how can we help.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Have done residential work for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working with tools, helping people, and my home are some of the things I enjoy most. I do believe that home is the place where we should feel our best and helping people get there motivates me. Whether something needs to be repaired or customizing it for you to feel it unique, the satisfaction of having a home the way you want it is difficult to state with words.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Have worked with customers within the whole range from new or unaware how the tools work and what is needed for the job, up to experienced people who need someone to do the job due to its complexity or scale.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Painted and customized the bedroom of a kid with inspiration from his favorite video game franchise. It took a day to finish work, included painting of the whole room, including ceiling; change of bed frame, wall stickers, and decorative items. The kid was really happy when he saw the room finished.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do make sure whoever you work with is licensed, bonded, and insured. You can check with Oregon's Construction Contractors Board the status of any licensed contractor in the state. Do ask and get informed about your rights and how to navigate through conflict.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

- What is the scope of work? - What assumptions are you making? - Make sure you understand there are trade-offs. What are your priorities? (cost, scope, time) - What is your preferred method of communication? - Does the job require you to be in the premise? (for access, approvals) - What if extra materials are needed?
