Once we give our price, we stick to it for the job that was estimated! This is a very straight forward process with us. The customer will receive our estimate within 24-72 hours. We will be able to start shortly there after.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will be on site and have an estimate provided to you within 24-72 hours of first contact. Once the job is accepted we will walk our crew through the job to make sure your expectations are understood. There will be constant communication to keep you up to date on the progress that is being made.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in Oregon

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We wanted to bring customer service to the forefront of the painting market. It always seems that there are folks looking for excellent painters. We want to be that excellent painter people are looking for. You can see in our profile that we strive to be the best house guest ever! We know that we have to earn that with each and every single customer, it is on us to make sure that we are the best house guest ever!

What types of customers have you worked with?

The customers that we work with are homeowners. They are looking for exterior, interior, cabinet, deck, and fence painting/stain jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently took a call from a customer that had a painter not be able to do a job they previously committed to due to health reasons. We received the call on a Thursday morning, provided the customer an estimate that same day at 4pm, and then had the full exterior of the house painted by the end of the following Wednesday at a price less than what the previous painter had quoted. We are quick and we are very efficient.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be a stickler with timelines. It seems like every contractor out there wants to get you committed to do a job and then they are less than ideal when it comes to sticking to timelines. We are a customer service based team that will meet your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

When should I expect an estimate to come from you? How soon can you start? What other projects have you done that are similar to mine? Are you insured?
