Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Overall every job is very different in pricing, everything depends on your needs and what your looking to accomplish with the service we offer. Whether it’s a quick flip around to sell, or if this is your forever home, different scenarios require different needs and either high end paint or commercial grade.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
This is a business that has been in the family, my father has been a painter for over 25 years and I grew up working with him my whole life, from summer jobs to weekends. Then full time after college, I have been around painting my whole life and have made it a career over 10 years now.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with many different customers from high end million dollar home owners to projects managers, to contractors running high amount of work. Although the customers are all different I do try to apply the same principles when talking about the job, how can I help with your needs, whether it be on pricing, quality, or turnaround. Communication is the biggest factor that many overlook in this field and it is something I need in order to feel comfortable with any projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to ask the questions that fit what your are most worried about. Whether it be the process that the professional is going to take, no question is a bad question. Especially if you are unsure of the quality or the steps that are required, ultimately we as the contractors you have hired are working for you and need to make the process as clear as possible so you know what you are paying for.
