Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our prices are very competitive. If we have free spots available that we need filled, we'll gladly offer at least a 10% discount or more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Once we are invited into your lovely home, we like to take time to look over the project and make sure we fully understand what all needs done. After we agree on a budget, we then will send our prep crew to make sure all the basics are taken care of (Tarp, tape, edge, spackle, etc). Once that's done, the fun part happens as we apply the new, fresh color and take plenty of before and after pictures.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We collectively have 20+ years of painting experience we all bring to the table. We also have a business coach that helps make sure we are where we need to be as a company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Hannah, the owner, loved to paint her family's rooms all the time. She also loves to paint murals in nurseries. After realizing that there was a need for good painters, she decided to start her own company in 2019.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with residential and commercial customers. From a single half bathroom project to an entire office building for an auto auction company.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently painted for a customer who had to down size due to health reasons. They were looking to get a good size project done in a timely manner so they could sell their house without problems. We were able to get that done for her in a day and a half and offer her a good discount to help with her budget. Overall everyone was very happy.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It's easy to spot the good painters out of the lot. They will show up on time, do what they said they're going to do, and look overall professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Educated customers are best when dealing with contractor in general. Learning what sheen you have and want, what texture is currently on your wall, the size of the room and distance from the ceiling, and what paints you prefer helps a lot.
