my pricing is based on competitive square footage prices for my area. typically, a homeowner can expect to pay $1.85 per sq.ft for full coverage on their walls. The trim package and ceilings are individually priced along with doors.

first off, meeting the customer and seeing the project directly and hearing the desired expectations first hand is the only way to start a working relationship with a homeowner. after discussing any material options and application processes, I would typically write up a detailed work contract and discuss the time frames and start dates with the customer and if hired to complete the project would then introduce my crew members to the homeowners upon starting the project so that your family is comfortable with my family being in your home. my wife or one of my sons would most likely be accompanying me on my on-site estimate but all other crew members will be introduced the day that the project begins. my crew consists of all family members and we take pride in the thought of our family working with yours!!!!

I have been in the construction field since my teenage years beginning with a family business in drywall hanging and finishing where I worked for 16yrs. After phasing into related fields such a room additions, deck restoration and pressure washing, I eventually found my home with residential and commercial painting. After almost 3 years of painting for a local company I ventured out on my own with a small crew and have been growing my business through word of mouth. I currently get over 50% of my jobs from previous customers or referrals.

over the years I've had the pleasure of working for a wide variety of customers. along with the typical homeowners, I've also worked closely with interior designers, realty groups and business owners. majority of my experience has been with homeowners.

one of my most distinguishable projects that I've had recently was a historic building as part of a local updated plantation. bringing the life back into such a neglected property with so much history was really rewarding for myself and all of my crew members
