Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on the homeowners need's and or want's with their budget in mind. There is a standard pricing in Oregon and based on what model and size furnace or air conditioner you need for the size of home. For Heating Pricing includes furnace change-outs From $3300-$6500 For Central AC From $3500-$6000, These are estimated prices and may be lower or higher, depending on the owners needs and wants. There are many options you can add on to your system and this will dictate the estimated price for the job to be performed. All site estimates are free. We accept Checks, Visa, MC, Discover, Venmo, Applepay, and we offer Financing through Lennox Partners.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We like to set up an appointment that works best for your schedule. After viewing your project we can discuss the different options available. We can then accurately provide you with an Estimate by Email or in person. We will follow up with you after the Estimate/Proposal is sent to make sure you received it. At that time you can answer any questions or concerns you may have. At that point we can adjust and make any modifications needed. Transparency in this process is our goal in gaining your trust..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are EPA refrigerant certified along with an ACCA brazing certification. We also take continuing education classes in order to keep our Business license up to date. We hire Nate certified technicians. You should feel secure in knowing all your current and long term comfort needs are being met or exceeded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
From a youngster i was taking things apart to see how things work and then putting them back together. I grew up working with my Father and Brother helping them in the family business of Construction and remodeling. I knew through-out high school that i would be following them in their footsteps. I Love what i do and take pride in it. I am grateful for the opportunity to help others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a variety of customers ranging from young folks to older folks all ethnicity all color all race, all beliefs. We are a non judgmental, non racist company that are here to help you the customer . We have worked with people on a budget living from paycheck to paycheck to people that can afford top of the line, no matter who you are or your situation we think we can help and provide excellent ideas to make your dreams come true.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project was replacing a furnace that was installed by a different company and was to small for the home. It was the cutest house and i will never forget the two dogs that kept wanting to help with the install. :) We also installed a new central AC and a stove hood vent piping. Project took 3 days and works beyond the customers expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Research the contractors you invite into your home to install your system, make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. Ask for reviews and look for their reviews online. Lastly i would ask how many years experience they have in the H.V.A.C field. A minimum of 4 years is my recommendation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Make sure you can afford the install, Research the cost of install before picking or applying for contractors to call you. What is my goal, is it replacing old worn out equipment that is costing me more to operate than to replace? Do i want to save more money on my utility bills? A higher efficiency furnace and ac system will lower your energy cost's. Do i want ease of operation, or remote access to your equipment?Upgrade your thermostat and you will save annually guaranteed, within your first year. Do i have allergy problems? Improving your indoor air quality with a uv light or installing the latest Reme Halo will do just that and more. What kind of a budget do i have to work with? Your budget will influence the outcome also.
