What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Service repair diagnosis includes the technicians drive time and some time to diagnose the problem. Some diagnosis are more difficult and could cost a little more. There are discounts for seniors and Military.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After setting up the customer in our system we will schedule them for a repair, maintenance, or FREE new equipment quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We do on going factory training year around with a team of professionals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Went to a trade school just out of high school. I have been doing this for 34 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers that include residential, commercial, apartments, manufactured homes, and plexes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a Carrier Infinity gas furnace and heat pump hybrid installation that also included zoning. That usually takes about 3 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a local family owned business. There are a lot of HVAC businesses that have been bought out by large corporations from outside of Oregon.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long have you been in business. Do you have good reviews. Are you local to NW Oregon.
