What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

-Talk to our customer service and schedule an appointment. -Technician shows up on time and prepared. -Technician performs a diagnostic test for your unit -We provide an estimate -We agree on the pricing and proceed with the repair -We get right to work -If there are replacement parts needed, technician orders them and schedule a time to come back and finish the repair -We fix your problem -You are happy

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our technicians are experienced engineers and are constantly undergoing additional training.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The Appliance Repair Guys company has over 22 years of experience in the service of household appliances. Our entire family works hard to make every customer happy. This business was started by my father. Now I continue his work. My wife is taking the calls and my son helps with the organization of the technicians work.

We worked with all types of customers - residential and commercial. We are very happy when our clients are happy.

We usually repair on the same day. However, if parts need to be ordered, it may take several days.
