What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedule an appointment time that works for you. BTW...You won’t experience the typical waiting on a repairman saga that could be all day. Our dispatch and scheduling system is the most efficient in the industry. (You’ll See) 2. We assess the problem, research parts if needed, create an exact quote to repair or replace. 3. Make repairs as agreed 4. Clean work area 5. Final- payment, email receipts, explain our 1 year warranty

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

34 years experience....NATE Certified for HVAC and NASTEC Certified for appliance repair.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started with with my uncle when I was in high school....34 years ago.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Installation of a salt free water conditioner....no more salt! Truly amazing system. Total protection for all appliances and water fixtures.
