What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing for air duct cleaning is based on the size of the home and how many furnaces there are.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You will receive a text message when your appointment has been scheduled, a reminder the day before and a text when we are in route.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are ASCS certified for air duct cleaning through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. We also hold the C-DET certification for dryer vents through CSIA.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to Fortis College for HVAC and have been working in that field since 2011. Due to the lack of quality air duct cleaners, I started this company in 2021 with a more centralized focus on air quality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Primarily residential homes. We do some light commercial as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud of every job I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to start your search for air duct cleaning with a NADCA certified cleaner. You can find these through NADCA.com by entering your zip code. After that, you want to check what equipment. A background in hvac is bonus. You can also look the company up on the Better business Bureau to get more insight into the company and read reviews or complaints.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

For us, all we need to know is the size of your home. If your looking at other companies. Check and see if they deodorize or sanitize? This is fools gold. Nothing should be sprayed into your ductwork. No to minimal benefit and more likely to cause problems with your ductwork.
