What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a part of our service, our technician will perform an overall safety and maintenance check. We will describe in detail what needs to be done, and provide to you the different options we can go with.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured in both OR state and WA state, with a general contractor license. we are skilled and educated to provide both garage door and locksmith services, as well as other home improvement projects.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Coming from an hardworking and handworking family background, we were raised on high work ethic and technical skills before learning anything else.

We have been working with homeowners, renters, commercial spaces and business owners etc,.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Our mose recent new door installation, on November 8th, was a great project with an amazing results. The door looks awesome and everything came out great. The homeowner loved the way his new garage door looks. It took 2.5 hours from start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We recommend to the choose the service providers that you felt the most comfortable with. The entire process, from the initial service request to the completion of the service, should be easy, straightforward and enjoyable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You should ask any question that pops up, and you should be comfortable doing so. We, as service providers, need to provide the answers as it is a part of our job.
