We provide new customers the opportunity to sign up as a maintenence agreement customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Technical 2 year degree for HVAC and Refrigeration. Cooling towers, boiler and chillers courses at Portland community College. . Epa 608 universal certified , Orraca brazing certified and nate certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Attended Technical trade school and apprentiship program.

Commercial & Residential. Ladder access. restaurants, banks, shopping centers. Property management.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A typical service call lasts 1-3 Hours, depending on the complication. A capacitor replacement can take 15 minutes. a condenser motor change-out can take an hour, a compressor swap done correctly can take 4 hrs+

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A company that has trained and certified technicians and is licensed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The square footage of their home, whether they want a heat pump, electric or gas furnace, or ductless mini split. There are many options to choose.
