Including the Service Call Fee in the Repair Cost: If the customer agrees to proceed with the repair at the time of diagnosis, the service call fee will be included in the total repair cost. 3. Upfront Payment: To begin the repair, a 50% upfront payment is required. This amount is used to cover the cost of parts and initial work. 4. Future Repair Requests: If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair immediately but returns for the repair in the future, the service call fee will be charged separately and will not be applied to the future repair cost. 5. Payment and Completion of Work: The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of the repair. All payments are processed as outlined in the provided invoice.
